The Inspiration Behind Koshay

Koshay was born from Richa’s personal journey as a health-conscious mother of two boys, navigating the complexities of modern products while prioritizing her family’s well-being.

A Wake-Up Call

When Richa’s children were born with severe food allergies and eczema, she was driven to scrutinize product labels. She was alarmed to discover how many foods were designed for cost efficiency and shelf life, filled with chemicals, artificial flavors, colors, sugars, and sodium. Even something as simple as chocolate chip cookies came with a list of unpronounceable ingredients.

A Lifestyle Overhaul

Determined to make a change, Richa overhauled her family’s pantry, replacing processed foods with whole grains and fresh, natural ingredients. Frustrated by the lack of truly clean skincare products, she began creating her own chemical-free solutions. This journey led her to embrace a minimalist lifestyle, rooted in purity, simplicity, and natural alternatives.
